Respect to the shipping cost and time effective delivery of our products, we will inform you of the cost and transit time before confirming your order.

Returns in Shop Iberfagot are free for all purchases whenever it is due to an error or fault attributable to Shop Iberfagot.

You have a period of 15 days from purchase to return any item provided it has not been used, has all of its tags and its original packaging and show no damage.
The cost of shipment shall be paid by the customer.

1. Contact with Shop Iberfagot through our site, and we will e-mail you the instructions to follow.
2. Wrap the item in its original packaging.
3. In Spain, our courier will pick up the package for your home, or you can go to any post office with your order and deliver the package.

From outside of Spain, we will advise you of the procedure.

In the period of 15 days, we will inform you of the status of your order and the applicable return. We will make the refund in the same form of payment used for the purchase.
